I setup an autoresponder vacation message, but senders are not receiving the message?

Troubleshooting checklist for autoresponder messages:
  • Response messages are by default only sent out once per week. This prevents senders from being flooded with "I am on vacation" messages during your absence.
  • Be sure that the actual email address matches your email address in the personal information option section. Many times aliases are used which are actually different from the physical box location.
  • If you have multiple email aliases, be sure that you setup each identity in the "Multiple Identities" section under the personal information options.
